Dr Jiten Vaghela is an experienced implant surgeon, clinical educator and mentor with a strong academic and clinical background in implant and restorative dentistry. He graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ in London in 2009 and completed his vocational training with the Oxford Deanery the following year. In 2011, he obtained Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has since undertaken extensive postgraduate training, including an MClinDent in Implant Dentistry, postgraduate training in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry and a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education.

Dr Jit has been placing and restoring dental implants for over a decade, with his clinical practice now predominantly focused on implant dentistry and complex implant rehabilitation. His clinical interests include immediate implant placement, bone regeneration, guided surgery and full-arch rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based and predictable treatment outcomes.

Alongside clinical practice, education and mentoring form a major part of Dr Jit’s career. Having previously served as an Educational Supervisor for Health Education England, he currently teaches and mentors on the Smile Dental Academy Postgraduate Diplomas in Implant Dentistry and Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry, supporting clinicians across all aspects of implant dentistry. He has lectured nationally and internationally and is a founding member of the ADI NextGen Committee.

Dr Jit is a Director and Chief Clinical Officer of the Smile Clinic Group, providing clinical leadership across the group. He is also a published author in implant dentistry, including research relating to immediate implant placement. Known for his calm, patient-centred approach and dedication to evidence-based care, Dr Vaghela continues to combine clinical practice, education and mentoring, with a commitment to advancing modern implant and regenerative dentistry and supporting the next generation of implant clinicians.

Dr Lanka Mahesh has been practising since 1997 and has built an international reputation in advanced oral surgery and implant dentistry. At The Specialist Clinic, he provides expert care in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defect management, immediate implant placement, cysts and apicectomies, and full arch rehabilitation. With almost three decades of experience, he is committed to delivering predictable outcomes while ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment. 

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Mahesh is a passionate educator who has trained thousands of dentists worldwide and lectured internationally on advanced surgical and implant techniques. He is the author of five books and has contributed nearly 250 scientific publications, reflecting his ongoing commitment to research, innovation, and excellence in patient care.

Dr. Nicholas Busuttil Dougall is a Dental Surgeon with advanced expertise in oral implantology for the past 20 years. He graduated from the University of Malta in 2006 and earned his MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2011. In 2015, he completed a Master’s degree in Oral Implantology at Goethe University in Frankfurt, focusing his thesis on the "one-abutment-one-time" concept. In 2021, he was awarded a Fellowship by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, USA (FICOI). Dr. Busuttil Dougall has been involved in academia as a Visiting Senior Lecturer in Oral Surgery at the University of Malta for the past 10 years. Since 2016, he has also been tutoring MSc students in the Masters of Oral implantology program at Goethe University Frankfurt. His area of interest is bone metabolism and the science and techniques of bone grafting and augmentation.

Dr. Aly Virani is an implant dentist and Clinical Director with a practice dedicated exclusively to advanced dental implantology. A graduate of Cardiff University, he holds a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and an MSc in Clinical Oral Implantology from Ulster University. From 2013 to 2019, he served as a Clinical Research Fellow and Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Bristol Dental Hospital, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate implant education.

Dr. Virani has extensive experience in advanced implant procedures, including sinus augmentation, socket grafting, management of buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full-arch rehabilitation, and the tenting technique for complex bone regeneration cases. He has a particular interest in full-arch immediate loading and digital implant workflows and regularly lectures and mentors' clinicians throughout the UK.

Dr. Mikhail Murashov, DDS, PhD is a respected implantologist and researcher, owner of IMED cityclinic, based in Moscow, Russia. With a strong academic foundation from the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry and has contributed extensively to the field of dental implantology through both clinical practice and published research.

His published studies in the Russian Journals of Dentistry explore topics such as anatomical considerations in implant-supported crowns and biomechanical stability in zirconia restorations and cad-cam technologies in Maxillofacial-facial prosthodontics. Professor of MSUMD (Russia) and invited professor of Tashkent University of Dentistry (Uzbekistan).

With a reputation for thoughtful, evidence-based care, Dr. Murashov continues to shape the future of implantology through education, research, and clinical excellence.

Dr Karol Badeja is a General Dentist with an extensive career background, with a fellowship, diplomate, Expert ICOI, a MSc MOI Frankfurt and is currently studying for the Government Polish Implantology Skill Exam. 

With over 4,000 implants under his belt, Dr Badeja has significant experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full arch, periodontal, tenting technique, cysts and apicectomies. He is eager to work with the future of implantology and can support any mentees with hands-on and theoretical teaching style in person (at his clinic in Poland or yours) and virtually. 

Dr Sebastian Baka graduated from his studies in 2011, before developing his career with a PSI curriculum of Implantology in 2014 -2015, and a fellowship at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In 2020, he took his career one step further and founded the Baka Clinic in Poland.  

With 1,100 implants to his career,  Dr Baka has experience in full arch and immediate implants. He is available to support mentees with hands-on sessions at his clinic in Poland. 

Dr Mark Worthing graduated from Cardiff Dental Hospital in 1994 and went to spend two years working in busy oral and maxillofacial units in Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend, South Wales, before going on to work in general practice for a year in Cardiff. In 1997 he gained a fellowship to the Royal College of Surgeons of England (oral surgery). 

Dr Worthing has a keen interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry and has completed a number if implant courses across the world, include France, Belgium and Holland. He has completed a three year training programme in occlusion and advanced restorative dentistry in the South of England. 

With over 1,400 implants under his belt, Dr Mark Worthing has experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full arch, tenting technique, cysts and apicectomies. Dr Worthing is able to support mentees with hands-on sessions at his clinic in Hereford, UK, or virtually. 

Dr Nabil Benabadji graduated in 2010  from the University of Mainz, Germany and gained his Master of Implantology and Dental Surgery in 2019.  Working as a specialist in several dental clinics in Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland, his focus has always been not only on prosthetics and implants but also on how to regenerate and reconstruct bone defects with Autografts, Xenografts, Synthetic graft materials and the use of mesh systems.

With over 2,000 implants under his belt, Dr Benabadji has experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implants placement, periodontal, cysts and apicectomies. He's available to support mentees through hands-on and theoretical sessions via virtual communications or in person at his clinic in Luxembourg. 

Dr Sheng Zhang began his career as an oral health therapist before going on to become a dentist. After completing his initial studies, Dr Zhang embarked on postgraduate university training in orthodontics, periodontics and implantology. 

Now, Dr Zhang spends his time as a clinician and teaching at the Dental Artistry Academy, the largest periodontics and implant training institute in New Zealand.

With other 3,000 implants placements under his belt, Dr Zhang is eager to shift his focus to support the next generation of implantologists. With experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full arch, tenting technique, cysts and apicectomies, Dr Zhang is able to support mentees via hands-on and theoretical sessions. 

Graduating in 2001 from Semmelweis University, Budapest. Dr Gergely Gotz has since gained experience as a former assistant professor for 11 years, private practice owner, general dentist and as an orthodontist focusing on complex cases. 

With experience in socket grafting, buccal defects and immediate implant placement, and over 500 implants under his belt, Dr Gotz has a wealth of experience to share. He'll be offering support with a theoretical and hands-on approach from his clinic in Budapest or virtually.

Graduating from Otago University in 1988, Dr Andrew Brown has since gained extensive experience in a private practice in the UK, as well as working in private practice and group practice following his return to New Zealand. From 2004, Dr Brown began working in Implantology, with full surgical and restorative case load taking up over 50% of his work load. 

He has since completed a fellow ship and International Team of Implantology,  and placed over 1,000 implants. 

With experience socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placements and tenting technique, Dr Brown is available to support mentees in person at his clinic in New Zealand, or virtually. 

With a MSc in Implantology, Dr Wasim Fazel is a seasoned Implantologist with a wealth of knowledge to share. He has received recognition as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the even higher recognition of Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. 

Dr Fazel's experience revolves around sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full arch and periodontal - with over 4,000 implants placed. He is eager to support upcoming implantologists from his clinic, in the UK, or he is able to travel to you, with a hands-on learning and theoretical approach. 

Graduating from the University of Puthisastra in 2013, Dr Parady Hour went on to practice Implantology in 2016, graduating with a Diploma of Implantology in 2021 and has since gained experience in socket grafting, buccal defects and periodontal procedures. 

Dr Parady is available to support the next generation of implantologists with theoretical learning virtually or by visiting you in your own clinic. 

Practicing as a consultant Periodontist for 11 years, Dr Renukanth Raman's work revolves around non-surgical periodontal therapy, periodentonal regenerative surgery and rehabilitation with dental implants. 

With experience with socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, periodontal procedures, Dr Raman is ready to help developing implantologists take the next step in their career with hands-on learning. 

Dr Jakub Batycki is a General Dentist in Wales, with a wealth of experience. Dr Batycki has gained an Advanced PG Cert in Oral surgery, a PG Cert in Implantology and a Cert in Periodontology. 

With experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, full arch procedures, cysts and apicetomies and periodontal procedures, Dr Batycki is here to help others along their dental careers. He will be available in his clinic in Wales and virtually. 

Dr Sam Sovatdy is an experienced Maxillofacial Surgeon with expertise in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, cysts and apicectomies. 

Dr Sovatdy is available to support eager learners virtually. 

Dr Omar Hijazy is a practicing periodontist and implantologist, beginning his career in 2017. Dr Hijazy is now owner of the Oral Health Clinic with a team including a  prosthodontist, orthodontists and a GP.  

Throughout his career he has placed over 1000 implants and is eager to help the next generation of implantologists through real experience at his clinic, or he can visit you, and through theoretical learning. 

A multi-clinic owner, Dr Michael Tang offers over 20 years of implant surgery experience and is an international speaker, He now teaches MSc Implantology and runs his own Implant Year Course. 

With extensive experience in socket grafting, sinus augmentation, buccal defects, immediate implant placement, periodontal, tenting technique, cysts and apicectomies, Dr Tang has valuable knowledge to share with up and coming implantologists. Dr Tang is available for support at his clinic in Glasgow, in your own clinic or virtually for hands-on and theoretical learning. 

Graduating from Messina in 2023, Dr Dario Tuscano is a general dentist specialising in Implantology. Dr Tuscano is dedicated to all branches of dentistry and has placed over 2,350 dental implants in his own practice as well as a consultant in two other clinics. 

Dr Tuscano is eager to support up-and-coming implantologists at his clinic in the city of Reggio Calabria, Italy, with hands-on learning or with theoretical leaning via lectures and case presentations.

Graduating from the University Periodontist National of Colombia in 2014, Dr Angela Lucia Solano Britto is a member of the International Team for Implantology. She also took part as an ITI Scholarship Fellow in postgraduate studies for oral rehabilitation in the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Dr Britto offers a wealth of experience in bone augmentation, implants and prosthetic loading, as well as technical surgeries such as sinus lifts, bone regeneration and soft tissue management for plastic and peri-implant purposes. 

Dr Britto is available to help shape future implantologists through real-life experience in her clinic in Colombia and theoretical learning via lectures and case presentations. 

With 22 years of experience in implant placement, Dr Michael Ainsworth has been mentored by some fantastic dentists throughout his career and is ready to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of implantologists.  Dr Ainsworth has been working with synthetic materials for over 15 years, and was one of the first users of EthOss Bone Graft Material. For many years, he has lectured on the subject globally and introduced the tenting technique to the EthOss system. 

Dr Ainsworth is available to support up-and-coming implantologist through hands-on experience in his UK-based practice and through theoretical learning via lectures and case presentations.
